We want you to love your new T.U.K.s, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached and shoes show no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. shoebox and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to protect the branded packaging.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange pair within 5 to 7 business days.
